Pariveda Solutions Selects Tenrox Timesheet to Automate its Time and Billing Process Tenrox, the leading provider of workflow-driven timesheet solutions, announced today that Pariveda Solutions has selected Tenrox Timesheet for Time and Billing to automate the company's billing process, consolidate project data, and to gain visibility into project status and performance. Tenrox was selected based on its advanced time and billing capabilities and workflow technology, as well as its strategic integration with Microsoft SharePoint. Pariveda Solutions is an IT Consulting company based out of Dallas, Texas, with offices in Denver, Colorado and Detroit, Michigan. The Company has been on an accelerated yearly growth rate of 1000% over the past three years, and has grown from 35 employees at the end of 2005, to 48 as of March 2006. Previously, the Company was collecting billable time using spreadsheets, and manually entering this information into its QuickBooks financial package. In order to maintain its rapid billing cycle and invoicing standards, without adding administrative resources, Pariveda decided to automate and search for a Time and Billing solution that could be integrated with the Company's Microsoft SharePoint software. “We’re very good at getting invoices out within 5 days of the end of our billing cycle, but with the steady increase of projects, we wouldn’t have been able to keep up using a manual time capture and billing process,” said Bruce Ballengee, CEO of Pariveda Solutions. “By automating this process, Tenrox Time and Billing will save us a lot of time and effort, and enable us to handle the increased volume, while maintaining our current billing cycle times without hiring additional staff.” Beyond this immediate benefit, Mr. Ballengee cites the software's workflow engine as an important criterion in their selection process. The Company will use Tenrox Timesheet Time and Billing to automate other processes over the next several months, including project performance reviews, vacation and leave requests, project close-out, as well as a number of other activities that have historically been managed using spreadsheets, SharePoint, emails or manual processes. The Company also plans to leverage Tenrox's integration with Microsoft Project, at a later date. Phase I – Invoicing, went live January 2, 2006.
