Tenrox Solidifies its Position in the Quebec Market with the Addition of Two New Customers
Pasadena, California – December 12, 2005
Tenrox, the Integrated Operational Control and Compliance Software Company, today announced that two new Quebec-based organizations have selected the Company's award-winning project and workforce management software solutions. Groupe Cardinal Hardy and Télécité Inc., a subsidiary of ALSTOM, have been added to Tenrox's already notable list of over 800 customers in 50 countries.
Groupe Cardinal Hardy, one of Montreal's most renowned architect companies, has purchased Tenrox Time and Billing for its integrated workflow-based time, expense and invoicing capabilities. Tenrox Time and Billing will enable Groupe Cardinal Hardy to eliminate the laborious and error-prone accounting department process of manually entering data from Excel-based timesheets into the company's accounting system.
“As a 100% project-based company, we needed a solution that would enable us to centralize and automate the tracking of billable work, project status and ongoing cost/revenue updates,” said Jacques Belanger, Controller at Groupe Cardinal Hardy. “Tenrox Time and Billing has all the functionality to accommodate our particular business model and needs. Once the solution is completely implemented and everyone is comfortable with this new process, we will begin using the software's billing functionality to create and approve invoices more quickly, to reduce the billing cycle and improve our cash flow”.
Télécité Inc. is a leading provider of passenger information and security solutions including LCD passenger information displays, public address, CCTV surveillance, and in-seat audio and video. The Company's solutions have been successfully implemented worldwide in high-profile operations such as Hong Kong, Montreal, Santiago, Athens, Paris and New York. Tenrox Time and Labor, which will be integrated with ALSTOM's Desjardins payroll system, will enable the Company to automate its time tracking and payroll processing, eliminate payroll imprecision, and reduce timesheet review time by 80%.
"Tenrox is gaining considerable traction across North America, and these new Quebec-based customers are a welcome validation of our software's unique workflow-based technology,” said Randy Urquhart, Director, Sales of Tenrox Canada. “Our software solutions are designed to help companies -- regardless of industry -- enforce effective internal controls, centralize and automate project governance, timesheet management, expense reporting, project and financial approvals, billing, invoicing/charge back and executive dashboards and reporting. We welcome these notable Quebec-based companies and organizations to the Tenrox user community.”
