Gilbane Building Company Selects Tenrox Hosting Services Tenrox, the Integrated Operational Control and Compliance Software Company, announced that Gilbane Building Company has signed a 5 year hosting agreement with Tenrox for the company's 100% Web and XML-based workforce management software. Gilbane is one of America's leading construction firms with approximately 1,700 employees spread across 9 regional offices, several district offices, and several hundred project work sites across the U.S. Earlier this year, Gilbane decided to migrate from its in-house payroll system to ADP Payroll. To complete the migration, the Company needed to replace its legacy timesheet entry system with a workforce management solution that is pre-integrated with ADP Payroll. Tenrox was selected over other competitive offerings due to its flexibility, ease-of-use, and scalability. More specifically, Tenrox provides a single point of entry and is the system of record for all project time and cost information. The implementation of Tenrox software will be completed in two phases over the next few months—the implementation of the Tenrox Time and Labor Module, followed by the Tenrox Time and Billing Module.
