Montreal – October 17, 2003
Tenrox, the integrated operational control and compliance software developer, today announced that it has been ranked on the 2003 Deloitte Technology Fast 500, a list of the fastest growing technology companies in North America based on average percentage revenue growth over five years.
“We are honored to be included in such a distinguished list of companies,” said Rudolf Melik, President and CEO of Tenrox, “With our recent major customer wins and a great new software release by end of this month, it is certainly our intention to maintain if not exceed our current revenue growth objectives.”
“Achieving sustained revenue growth of 576 % over five years is a tremendous accomplishment during a difficult period for the technology sector,” Mark A. Evans, national managing partner of Deloitte's Technology, Media & Telecommunications Group. “Phenomenal growth by Tenrox puts it in a select list of companies.”
500 Selections and Qualifications
The Technology Fast 500 list is compiled from Deloitte's 20 regional North American Fast 50 programs, nominations submitted directly to the Technology Fast 500, and public company database research. To qualify for the Technology Fast 500, entrants must have had 1998 operating revenues of at least $50,000 USD or $75,000 CD for the United States and Canada, respectively, and 2002 operating revenues must be at least $1 million USD or CD. Entrants must be a public or private company headquartered in North America and must be a "technology company," defined as a company that either owns proprietary technology that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues or that devotes a significant proportion of revenues to the research and development of technology. Using other companies' technology in a unique way does not qualify.
