During its first annual Innovation Awards, Microsoft Canada awarded Tenrox "Solution of the Year" for Tenrox PSA, a completely web, wireless and email based business optimization software. The nationwide awards program recognizes Microsoft Canada's information technology providers for outstanding innovation, industry partnership and leadership.

The winners were selected at a gala dinner event in Toronto on April 8th, 2001 at the Windsor Arms hotel. Among the dignitaries present were Frank Clegg, President of Microsoft Canada and David Thompson, VP of Server Family, Microsoft Corp.
