Tenrox And Maximal Form Alliance To Offer Comprehensive Solution For Workforce Optimization Tenrox, a leading provider of intuitive Web-based workforce optimization and change management software today announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Maximal Innovative Intelligence Ltd. (www.maxsw.com), a leading provider of business intelligence solutions. In a mutually beneficial agreement, Tenrox and Maximal will integrate and co-market their products, Tenrox PSA, an intuitive Web-based workforce optimization and change management software and Max® data analysis tool, to provide a complete solution for the constantly changing needs of businesses. The agreement has two phases of implementation. In the first phase, Tenrox and Maximal will bundle Tenrox PSA and Max in order to provide a complete package for the full range of workforce optimization and data analysis needs. In phase two, the two companies will work together to create a seamlessly integrated solution that enables any user of Tenrox PSA to use Max to quickly and easily spot problems, trends, and opportunities hidden in the data stored inside Tenrox PSA.
