We are looking for:
Description:
- Assist customers
with installation and configuration of
Tenrox products
- Troubleshoot
customer problems remotely
- Analyze customer
needs and communicate with the
engineering team
- Provide dedicated
support services to large and key
accounts
The Challenge:
- Minimum of two years of experience in systems engineering or technical support
- Excellent knowledge
of Windows NT/XP/2000/2003 Operating
Systems, SQL, Oracle, DB2 Databases,
networking, Internet and web servers
- Excellent
communication skills (oral and written)
- Creative approach
in providing solutions to customer
requirements and solving, as well as
preventing recurring problems
- Strong
interpersonal skills, focused on
understanding and addressing customer
needs
